I purchased a Yamaha RX-V373 2 years 3 months ago. I loved the product until recently when the receiver began to have issues displaying a picture. I have tried to troubleshoot both over the phone and in the online chat but the wait times are ridiculous and the service I received was sub-par. I googled the issue and found multiple people were having the same issue with my model number, they get sound but no signal for a picture. With this being a defect in your product, I do not understand why you expect me to pay a service tech to fix the issue. You need to have someone fix my receiver or with this being a defect multiple people reported with this model, replace it with a newer model with similar features. I expect to hear from you or your team soon.
