I purchased an apple watch through Dicks in Gathersburg, MD on 10/2/17. I wanted a sport band and Benjamin gave me a woven band. I called and spoke with an Andy and Tyler and was assured that they would put one back for me. My mother went to went the sport band up and again a woven band was put out. Also my mother was told that this was not a return item. She of course was persistent and finally after received the spot band. I then spoke with Brian the evening manager which was rude about the entire transaction even though it was the error of the sales representatives. This is a very unfortunate incident because I do like Dicks Sporting Goods but sales representatives that do not care and a rude manager is not correct way to keep your customers happy.
