I purchased and financed a phone with Citizens Loan through Apple. I spent nearly an hour today trying to register on the Citizens One loan website only to be repeatedly met with a frozen, blank page after entering all my information including selecting a password, security questions etc. I tried at least a dozen times on three different browsers yet nothing worked.
I finally threw in the towel and called the Customer Service line where I was informed they "were having problems" and the only way I could register was to clear my browser history and/or open a private browser. While a ridiculous waste of more time, I attempted this for an additional 15 minutes and was met with the same blank page.
Thankfully I have a no-interest loan which I plan to pay off as soon as possible and will never do business with Citizens Bank again. What an inexcusable abomination.
