I purchased Mohawk Carpet in April 2012 due to it's reputation as one of the best carpet manufacturers. I hate to say that this carpet has been one of our worst purchases and dealing with consumers affairs has been terrible. They hired an inspector who only addressed one of the problems in our inspection and did not accurately state what we told home in response to his questions, The claim was declined based on only one of the problems and they will not open another claim to address the other problems their inspector missed.
If Mohawk does not address this issue we will be glad to take it to the media and show how bad Mohawk's Carpet is and how Mohawk responds to it's warranties.
