I purchased my son a Ralph Lauren shirt for his 16th Birthday as he really likes and wears alot of your clothes. I'm not giving you the sob story but I am a single parent and have saved for a good few months to purchase this for him. I was so pleased I could afford it and he was over the moon when he recieved it on his special day.
When I did purchase it and took it home I did notice that the shirt was quite creased but assumed it was just the way it was packed in the bag. But to my disappointment the quality is terrible and is stopping my son from wearing it, infact the only one time he had it on he had to wear a jumper over it to hide the creases.
I know that you a respected company and thrife on good word of mouth for your products and I am so sorry to be writing this about your merchandise but you must understand the upset it has been for me and my son. I know it may not sound much to you but as money is precious in my circumstances. I hope we can get this resolved and will continue to buy your quality products in the future.
