I purchased tickets to an event at the Hammerstein Ballroom box office in NYC on 2/27 for Walk the Moon which was to take place on 7/27. The event has since been canceled and I was told to seek a refund at point of purchase. I called the box office and they told me I need to contact livenation because they handle the tickets at the box office. Livenation tells me they cant do anything for me because I didnt purchase my tickets online or over the phone. I call the box office back and they tell me they cant even access my purchase. I am being given the run around and I just would like my refund for the cancelled event. As I said I purchased 2 single tickets for the event on 2/27 through the box office on two separate cards, one was a visa gift card and the other a credit card. I would appreciate any assistance in this manner as it is time sensitive because the gift card I used expires this month.
