I purchased two new sony tvs this year and both had software updates that messed up all the HDMi ports. Sony wants me to wait for repairs and wants me tosettle for refurbs and I spent good money with you guys and Sony doesn't care. One of the reps tried to upgrade me and the supervisor denied this. IM done!
