Dhaval sent a message to Kazuo Hirai President and CEO, Sony Corporation – email address that said:
I raised a complaint but no fever or any correspondence from Sony's end. Its almost 2 and a half month that my phone is with the service centre.. As a customer how would u feel?
Please get in to this matter so that this can be actioned upon with immediate solution.. I'm just so frustrated as in past 1 year have submitted my phone approx 5 times now and my phone was with the service centre for almost 4-5 months..
