I read You do care about your customers, I believe you will be very concerned about my frustration with BOOST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES and experience I went thru today 6/24/16, they should change it to BOOST WE DON'T CARE SERVICES, Please, if your unable to respond, I do understand, I need to make an EXECUTIVE COMPLAINT, the level of aggravation frustration of which I went thru today on the phone hung up on is unacceptable for GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS like myself, I will explain the root of the issue if you would please have someone from your executive office return my call, Thanking you in advance, Sincerely, Juanita
