I realize this is nit an issue normally escalated at your level but I have exhausted all avenues over eighteen months including writing Mr. Wager. I receive letters from Ms.Laureen Mccraevfir every referral stating the doctor is not in my plan when Custoner Service confirms they are in the plan. No one can seem to find this persons email or phone number. I tried writing her assuming her location was at the NY headquarters. Can you help me ?
