I am in the middle of two banks arguing over something really dumb (my thought on the matter). I had a deal with your bank to pay off a past debt, so I could get some funds from my bank. I dont know what happened but the transfer or check or something got messed up. My bank asked for another letter with a current date so they could overnight a check. (ok, simple you think). A gentleman named Scott says he will not resend the letter with a new date.
It didnt seem like a big request to me but its getting a little stupid. I was going to stop at one of the branches but figured that would just delay things further.
So here I am writing the person that might be able to help.
As I stated, Im the little guy in the middle of a dispute between two big banks.
any help you can give to this would be greatly appreciated
