I really need your help. My wife transferred to a Cigna joint account with me from ATT cigna. Each month she gets a letter saying they will cancell her policy. Each time I call about payment I am told all is well. I pay this through an EFT. Today she received a letter saying her account has been cancelled. Today I have spent over one hour on the phone with Cigna. Is she enrolled or cancelled? Why is Cigna doing this?
