Bayly sent a message to Terry J. Lundgren- Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Macys, Inc. email address that said:
I received 5 fraudulent charges posted on my Macy's credit card on 8/1/2015 for a total of $17.09! Over 6 months later I still can not get this resolved after numerous calls to your Fraud department, credit department and many faxes. This is completely unacceptable and I am now going to file a complaint with The Honorable Richard Cordray the Director of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. You have lost me as a customer forever.
