I received a closed head injury as a result of a faulty door at one – Nigel Travis email address

Judith Alwine sent a message to Nigel Travis Chairman and CEO, Dunkin Brands Group, Inc. - email address that said:

I received a closed head injury as a result of a faulty door at one of your Dunkin Donut stores slamming shut on my foot. Since the door had closed on my foot, I was unable to walk and fell head first onto the hard floor. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance. the medical bills I received and I paid were over $10,000. I work really hard to earn my money, in fact this happened on my lunch hour. Your store on Green Level Church Road, in Cary, NC has a terrible insurance company that has spent a year and a half trying to get out of paying my medical bills. This is illegal, lawless, wrongful and criminal. This is a letter I sent repeatedly to your customer service department. I received the diagnosis of closed head injury as a result of a fall to the floor on my face when a faulty door slammed shut on my foot at a Dunkin Donut store. This accident happened on April 4, 2016. I have written letters to Nigel Travis, contacted general managers, insurance agents, etc. for one and a half years and still no results. I have a very thick file documenting all of my correspondence concerning this catastrophe. Do you have an attorney who will receive this information? Should I sue?
