I received a harassing letter requesting money from a claim that I wasn't involved in. I sold the motorcycle and the buyer wrecked it now I've been getting harassed. One rep earlier this year said not to worry about it because they could see that I was not the rider. Now I receive another letter asking for $3182.33. I want to resolve this before it becomes a bigger deal than it needs to be. This needs to be fixed immediately.
