I received an email letter on 9 Nov 2015 confirming that I would be receiving a refund cheque for £178.13 in due course. I immediately noticed that the vital first line of the address was missing from the letter, so again I immediately sent an email to Ryanair to point this out and eventually they confirmed its safe receipt. Weeks went by and no cheque arrived, so I started to chase this up, but still no help. Then on Christmas Day, I received an email telling me that my file had been resolved and closed!!! Again, I emailed to say it was not the case as I had not received any payment. The only person who has acknowledged the error is Adela Samek, but still no payment has been received. I have even sent my bank details several times so that the payment could be sent securely. Could you please look into this frustrating issue and pay me ASAP and I can then leave your colleagues alone.
