I received my bill in the mail and again it is for charges I did not want or need. A welcome package charge for a 18 month customer is not what I expected to find as a new charge. I called and was told I would be called back in 14 minutes, so I said yes. They called back and promptly put me on hold again saying they could call me back in 17 minutes. I hung up and posted on facebook and sending you an email. You need a better system.
