I received the diagnosis of closed head injury as a result of a fall to the floor on my face when a faulty door slammed shut on my foot at a Dunkin Donut store. This accident happened on April 4, 2016. I have written letters to Nigel Travis, contacted general managers, insurance agents, etc. for one and a half years and still no results. I have a very thick file documenting all of my correspondence concerning this catastrophe. All this insurance company is doing is trying to get out of the responsibility of paying my medical bills. They have even claimed to pay them when they have no issued one cent!! Do you have an attorney who will receive this information? Shoul I make this public knowledge? Should I sue?
