I recently contacted brighthouse since I bought an older home which is being renovated. I called to have someone come out to see where I would get my internet and cable and phone hookups. Walls were down and I wanted input. I was rudely told you only make one trip and that is the day of installation. Brighthouse had great people and great service! Is this what I can expect from the new Spectrum ? I certainly hope not-hope to hear from someone on this matter-thank you.
