Maria Epps sent a message to Stuart Parker President and Chief Executive Officer of USAA Email Address that said:
I recently contacted USAA for an insurance quote and learned that because my father-in-law who was a Veteran passed away, we are not eligible to get a quote. I think USAA can do better. We can prove that Mr. Epps served in the military, thus his dependents should not be barred from services provided to service members families simply because he passed away. The fact remain that he served in the Military and if USAA is really about serving the families of those that serve, there should be away to accommodate families in my position.
