I recently flew from ROC to JFK to ACK round trip and because of Hurricane Jose, flights were cancelled on two days from ACK. My flight was not cancelled, but was over an hour late for scheduled departure. I made my connecting flight just as the doors were closing. Because of the tight connection, my baggage was not forwarded on my flight from JFK to ROC.
However, a customer service Rep known as Little Carole in the Rochester AO attended to this situation with appreciated expertise, gave me a $30 voucher and arranged for my baggage to be delivered that evening. I want to pass on my good fortune with such great service by such a responsible and efficient employee. Thank You jetBlue.
