I recently had a loss from an ice dam . I filed a claim (first time ever)and also send in an contractors estimate. $1200.00 and all I got was $527.62 not even half of the cost to repair the damage. the Hartford is screwing the senior citizens. I am ashamed to be affiliated with your company.I want you to know that is will be reported to our local news stations and hopefully you will lose business because of it. feel free to respond
