I recently had a terrible experience at you Taco Bell in Bellingham, WA. It took over 5 minutes for an employee to acknowledge that I was in line to order and I was the only one in the store. Then my taco salad bowl that I got to go tasted like it had been there for some time. I sent an email on line at your web site and received no response. I then sent a letter to your corporate offices and still did not get a response. Is it Taco Bells policy not to respond to customer issues??
