I recently moved into a house in Sept of 2016. I called my cable provider to return the boxes. I did what I was instructed to. The following month or so I received a bill. I called my cable provider and they told me that they never received the equipment. For some unknown reason I was connected to your company. I spoke with a person in your warehouse. They told me they had received the equipment, and that they destroyed them. They said it wasnt their equipment so they destroyed them. Im fighting with my cable provider cause Im not paying for something that your company destroyed.
Yesterday I spoke with Janice operator number ending in 08. She in so many words called me a liar. I was outraged.
