I recently placed a online order for school sneakers for my 3 children. Yesterday the items were delivered only to have 1 pair of sneakers missing from the order (which were for my daughter)-I contacted Dicks extremely upset about this only to have them say they needed to investigate this as the item said it was delivered-which I tried to explain that yes 2 of the 3 items were delivered and 1 item was missing. They informed me it could take up to 2wks to have the item reshipped-school starts in 1 wk!!!-then a 2nd item arrived in a box that looked like it had just been in a fight-the box was all ripped and broken and the sneakers were following out of the box-I couldnt believe this-i have never had such a ridiculous experience with receiving a online order. As someone who comes from a family of hunters,outdoors man and athletes we shop at dicks often-this was not a good experience.
