Cynthia Hemenway sent a message to Marvin R Ellison that said:
I recently purchased an above-the-oven convection microwave from JC Penny's, and paid for installation. They delivered the microwave, but said they couldn't install it to the vent, (which is required for the installation to be valid and for the oven to function under safety rules. They said I could contact Penny's and ask for them to send someone else who could. I did not accept delivery and requested that my order be cancelled (including warranty insurance plan). I have no confirmation that this was done. When I phoned, they said they would take care of it, but I have not documentation (email or otherwise) that the process is moving forward. When I tried to send an email to Customer Service, the form did not work. The Chat person said they could not help me. Please direct me to someone who can resolve this problem.
