I have owned all Yamaha products my whole life, because I have always had excellent results and amazing dependability and I'm proud to tell everyone and anyone to use Yamaha and also I have always only used all Yamalube oils and fluids for all Yamaha products.
Hiroyuki Yanagi if you read the survey I sent Yamaha, you will find I was totally dissatisfied with my service from Two Jacks Cycle in Wilkes-Barre, PA. It was very frustrating dealing with them because from the moment I entered their facility I wanted to find out everything about the Viking VI. Before purchasing Viking VI the sales Multiple times tried to push me on a Kawasaki Pro-FXT EPS. I had to rely on information on the internet.
The sales person at TWO JACKS told me the Yamaha was too big and too loud. I was persistent explaining I wanted to buy
the Yamaha Viking VI Rance Edition and I did Purchase it from TWO JACKS because they were the closest Yamaha dealer in my area.
I own the Viking VI which I did not finance but I paid for it in full almost 18k with a personal check. I always buy everything with a certified check in full. I only have 95 miles on it and I have only driven Viking in my fields. This is my home address to see my home and my property (go on google earth 159 Parente Lane, Monroe Township, PA 18612 )
I have been the only person to ever drive to unit and I have only driven in my fields. 5 weeks ago I was having issues with it smoking some type of white smoke out of muffler. I brought unit to Two Jacks and it took them 4 weeks to look at it and the only reason they looked at it was because I was upset when no one called me to tell me and status. And the service tech told me he would make sure they would look at it that week. After several days they told me that the radiator was cracked and it needed to be replaced, They got new radiator and they said it immediately filled up with anti-freeze, which I found pretty funny because when I was picking up the Viking from dealership I asked the Gentlemen "Chris" that was briefly going over unit if the unit had anti freeze and he said "no" and I also asked him multiple questions about the unit and he knew almost nothing about it. He was terrible explaining anything. (Bad representation for Yamaha!) Also if there was anti freeze leaking everywhere, why wasn't there anti-freeze all over my garage. How do I know that a certified Yamaha mechanic was the one working on my Viking and also, How do I know that they didn't break something when they were taking it apart? Now after they realized it wasn't radiator. They did more research and they said the engine is cracked. They told me they sent photos to Yamaha and Yamaha will not cover damage under there warranty. I am totally outraged and am confused about this issue.
I want Yamaha to fix my unit under warranty and I want a full investigation against TWO JACKS. (Example send in people that are trying to buy a Yamaha side by side and see for yourself they push Kawasaki or other manufactures.
I want to pull my Yamaha out of Two Jacks and get my coverage and anything to do with warranty to next closest Yamaha dealership. Which I believe is in Dunmore, PA Called North American Warhorse.
Also my brother has a pretty large law firm that I may have to take legal action if this issue can not be resolved easily. You can review his website, he is very reputable.

I own multiple Yamaha products and want to always use all Yamaha products, but I need Yamaha to stand by me. I currently own a Ranger Bass boat with a Yamaha 225 h.p.d.i. and next spring I plan on trading my boat in on a new Ranger Bass boat and I want to put a Yamaha 250 SHO on the back, but if this issue can not get resolved I will either go with a Honda or Bombardier Evinrude outboard motors.
Please help me resolve this issue
