I recently spoke to a friend who had taken his vehicle to Autonation Acura in Spokane Valley to have some work done. Upon returning to the service department for some damage to his bumper which he says was done while in their care, he was told to go back to his own country (he is from India). Further, he was then surrounded by three other individuals and ended up having to call the local police department.
Is this how people are treated at your places of business? I find it appalling that people are discriminated against at one of your places of business.
I will never purchase a vehicle at one of your stores and I will also inform anyone I know who is looking to stay away as well.
