David  sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

I recently travelled to Barcelona on your airline and was returning on Thursday 15th at 12.55 only to find it was cancelled. We were not met by anyone or given any advice where to go or what to do. We eventually found the Ryan Air desk still with no people to explain what was happening. After quite sometime we got to the front of the queue and manage to get a flight to Majorca then onto the East Midlands. We arrived eight hours late and had to pay extra to get our car out of the carpark. During all of this time we received no apology or a complimentary drinks or food voucher. While I understand it was the French air traffic controllers it is no excuse to ignore paying passenges I found the whole experience poor and will not be rushing back to use Ryan Air or recommend to others unless I receive a suitable reply.
