I recently upgraded my internet service and switched cable to Prism. To my surprise my first bill was $461.35. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone to get this straightened out today, I think. I have a credit to be applied on 10/4 and second month bill is still a mystery to me because the employees can't figure it out. I want to talk to someone who can tell me about my bill.
I worked for Quest for 30 years and this is not how it should be.
Awaiting your response. If I do not get one within a week, I will be contacting the FCC and the state regulators. This is ridiculous.
