I recently was the victim of credit card fraud; fortunately, your fraud department's monitoring algorithms helped alert me to the problem. In reviewing my statement on-line (I was on travel when the fraud occurred), I found another suspicious charge that has now been added to the fraud report. The resolution of these issues could have been streamlined by being able to see the actual charges when expanding the line item (now all that I can see is the name of the vendor). In this age of computer technology, this should be trivial and would help your people and customers to rapidly evaluate the nature of any charge. Please consider adding this feature to your system.
