I relocated from Queens to Long Island, but prior to the move, contacted Spectrum to pick up the equipment. They never did. When I moved, I was told that a carrier would be sent to pick the equipment. That never happened either. After spending my time with multiple calls to your company I was forced to take the equipment to a UPS store in my County. I believe you owe me compensation for doing the job of your employees and for using my car, gas and work time. You should be ashamed of yourself.
