I rented a car in Cleveland on 2-19-2017 Returned car to Edmond,OK on 2-21-17 enjoyed my experience with that rental. So I needed a car this weekend I went to the Avis office in Edmond to get car.did not, like or enjoy my. Experience there. Ordered and paid online was told online that I would get free up grade.did not happen was told not available.althought was not discounted .I would have thought in this situation that they should have changed me for lesser car and gave me what I got but thats not the case.charged both cars online to which I was not told till I seen my bank account that a hundred dollars was held on hold not did I get any recite for the hundred dollars.
