I requested the cancellation of the account with enough time to cancel. Yesterday I recieved a new invoice. I called and they told me I have to pay an additional month which I'am not willing to pay, Diana Parra from coustomer service even call me a liar because the information they had on the system was different. I need someone to call me to resolve this matter.
