I resently interviewed at your Raleigh, NC location. I'm 53 years old and have worked in the media/radio industry for over 30 years. I am retired and looking for a passive income. However, when your store manager interviewed me the first thing he told me was his story of his rise to management. SERIOUSLY? Who cares! And what was my response supposed to be? WOW? I applied for the golf department.
I'm just a golf enthusiast so I may not have qualified, but this kid's story pales in comparison to mine. Maybe retraining young managers are in order or old experienced guys need not apply.
