Joe Porfeli sent a message to Stephen Burke CEO, NBCUniversal, Inc. - email address that said:
I reside at 3606 Waterway Blvd, Isle of Palms, SC and have been a loyal Comcast client for many years at various addresses. In the past few months we have undertaken a renovation of our home and, as a result, had to have a new cable connection brought from the street to the house. The new cable was placed on top of the ground and across our driveway approximately 2 months ago. Since then, there have been 5 dates for the cable to be buried (the last was yesterday) and they have never shown up to do the work. It remains above ground and across my driveway.
As CEO of my own company, I would be appalled at this disregard for the client.
Please help resolve this issue.
