I see that I have the same complaint that many others have. I was told in February that my bill would be 135.28 a month for a year. I was absolutely promise no increases of any kind. Not for service not for equipment. I received my bill yesterday and it had gone up due to an increase in for the equipment. After being on the phone last night for over an hour and a half and speaking to half a dozen people all I got was Robert in customer service that was condescending and rude up through a supervisor that was not much better but promised to have a manager call me today. Have I heard from anyone NO!!! You people really do know how to make promises and say they are sorry but there is nothing they can do to abide by the promise I was given when I signed up for your service. I would think that you would be ashamed of how some of your customer service and your management represent your company.
