I sent a message earlier which was responded to for me to contact the UK team.
However, I'm in the States for a month and only now do I feel well enough to deal with this. However not by phone as my card has been sold to a debt collector.
I can email the medical letters but would ask if you can liaise with the UK.
I would send the hospital letters by email to you so we can reach a resolution
