I have asked for 1 month for cable guides and if they were laminated. They take 45 mins to take the order and never fill it.
Please give me a telephone number to speak to someone. You would not believe the problems we have had with Spectrum from ordering to set up and no guide.
I am so angry smoke is coming out of my ears. If we were not expecting Hurricane Irma I would go to the major TV stations and tell them that I told everyone of your employees I could not see the guoide. I have macula degeneration. Dont ask what they told me. I will go nationwide and tell.,
