I sent my sample over 12 weeks ago. I have emailed 5 times and finally contacted by phone your customer service. I gave them all the details including the fact that my daughter had purchased the kit. They stated they had the information
that the kit was mine but needed an order number. Since I did not have one available they refused to send me results of the sample ( fi you have them). It has to go to the purchaser!!! This seems to be in violation of your privacy act. You are willing to make billions of dollars but have customer service reps are unable to do anything. BTW, my daughter is a diplomat for the USA stationed in the PHilipines and they insisted she had to call them, She has to pay for a call and get up in the middle of the night to reach you service reps
