I need help been a client along time 80s maybe even 70s Thiese 2 don't care about nothing except making my premiums.
Per our conversation. and I sent email to both of you before and no answer. I believe you said you were gonna look into see if there was any savings for us with Allstate since I've been there forever but as of right now I do have another company found a $500 a year savings that includes the umbrella.
I have been a customer of Allstate a long time, back to Mary Lockett days since 1980s maybe back to the 70s . Just don't feel like any one cares at your offices .
Never once thought about changing Till now . Mr Price remember all that stuff that I was being over charged on my house and I was the one who brought to your attention and the roof fiasco Never really turned in many claims ( look at my losses) Now I have roof issues again . Please advise me what if anything is going to change ?
