I sent you a registered letter about the problem I have with your bank. A Seth called me on your behalf and I was unable to take his call. I returned his call the next day and almost a week later I have not gotten a response back from him. This is what I have been getting from your bank since I opened accounts in September. I sincerely hope YOU get this e-mail and straighten this out otherwise I have no trust in your bank and that is a shame since I have had two car loans with you and that was the reason I switched to Sun Trust. It was only a good experience till now. Mr. Seth Mills can fill you in since he got the letter I had sent. I HOPE you get back to me on this.
