I should be most grateful if you would look into Case but also all of the correspondence prior to this delayed flight referring to the dreadful treatment I have had. Your company just cancelled my reservation 6 weeks prior to my flight - no notification, no cancellation notice - nothing!! Pure luck I checked our reservations otherwise I wouldn't have had any flights from Manchester to Melbourne!!! As it is we arrived 9 hours late because of a STUPID flight connection timetable you have. Not only did we miss our connection at Zurich, we RAN to the connecting flight. You had a lot of very unhappy passengers who will not be travelling SWISS again. Cheryl
