Allen sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
I signed up for your service in June 2016. I was told my monthly bill would be $118.00 per month for the bundle I chose. My first invoice was $500.00 +. After a call to your customer service they reduced it to $300.00 +., and promised the next bill would be 118.00. The following bill was $195.00 +. After paying these bills , and being lied too, I feel I will probably cancel your service and contact the Better Business Bureau to inform them of your tactics. My name is Allen. My neighbors have had similar experiences with your company. I do not usually write my complaints to companies I feel are taking advantage of the public, but in this case I feel they should be known.
