I sought the assistance of a sales associates on June 14, 2017, Store #1110, Miami Beach, Florida. I was looking for the Samsonite Vacuum Storage Bags. She without hesitation and obviously irritated replied that she had never seen this item in the store. Additionally, she had had been working at this location and this item has never been available there. Not true. A few months back I bought this item at this very store. Item #D1044 C6068, 03 Storage, $14.99. I resent being treated in this manner. Ross is too Fantastic a Store for me to not appreciate what value it represents to me. Sincerely, D. Limonta-Fernandez
