I start say good morning and happy new year, my name is Blanca Beach, from Orlando Florida, i order on line for my grandkids where there home is in Jacksonville North Carolina, this order was place on December 9 to arrive at the store December 18 2017.we travel 11 hour to visit them and to assemble there Christmas gift. We arrive December 22 2017, we ask the pick up department manager and our gift was not there, he say is in the yellow truck four hour away by North Carolina. The playset will arrive December 27 2017,I cry because that was my only gift for them and now i have to get something for them to open. I spent 177.00 to cover 3 kids Christmas open present. We left back to Florida December 27 and in our way home ,we receive the call that our gift arrive, was a disappointment and frustration, today January 12 2018 that swing set still in the box, because we was the one to put it up together and my Daughter in law is there by her self and my son is deployed for 7 or 8 month and we dont know went he will available to come back home, we drive with the tools and we lost the precious face of our grandkids face ,went the swing was up. How can you help me.
