I started on the 28th of Novemebr and the 1st week went well. On Monday the December 5th
my car broke down on my way home. The next day I biked 8 miles to work and was late 10 minutes which i explained what happened. Stephanie, my "Supervisor" seem to except it. I manage to catch a ride with Rob the trainer. The next day we got a flat tire in our other car and I was late. I explained all this and was able to use paid time off. On Thursday I got a ride in and attempted ask for a ride home. I was told not to ask for a ride but I was desperate and did not want to walk so I inquired, No one could do it. I started walking anf then called my wife to pick me up.. Keep this in mind we had one car she is 10 miles away.
On Friday I got to work ask a couple people if I coud get a ride home. Later that morning I was called into an office and told they were letting me go for disrupting the office. I do not know how I was being disruptive i was not going desk to desjk to find people to drive me home. I ended up walking home which took me 2 hours.
I do belive the department acted wrong and very unprofessional.
