I stayed at the Marriott Hotel, Gaylord Palm in Orlando Florida, from November 25th through November 27th, 2016. I do not appreciate charges in my account after I had checked out from your hotel, I also don't think that Marriott has the need to lie to their customers offering Resort Credit that they were never applied. Tried to call Hotel manager Mr. Colin to no avail. Please I do except this to be clear, its a manor of honesty. Thank you.
