I stayed at your Marriott Int Ho Aloft Miami Airport10/1-23. I initially booked birth year rate for a segment of every 3 Days. I called the General Mgr. Ryan a few weeks later to ask about laundry facilities, and then he told me that they only have birth year rate one day not 2 days plus a one day regular rate. Someone listened to my first phone call when I complained, and offered me birth year rate for one day for each reservation, and cash and points from 10/13-23, and SPG would pay for the points because of the agents mistake. I called Kri Reveley who coordinated the change, and asked him what is the grand total for all my stats including taxes, and he told me)1,080.26 , and I believed him. I received bills from the hotel every day I checked out with a AAA rate until my cash and points reservation. I have been overcharged more than $1,000 , and no one will help me.
