I submitted an order for a mattress set to be sent to my 89 young mother on the JC Penney website. I'm really disappointed first, the Order number when entered comes up not valid, but when I call in and give the number it works. Second, I only received 1 update on the status of my order and that's when the money was taken I ordered the mattress set on July 28, 2016 and was told that delivery was Aug 16th. Now, there's a problem because no one can find my order and LaPorscha said I wouldn't get contacted for 48 hours. I would like to know the status of my purchase before 48 hours for it didn't take them that long to get their money. I'm in need of answers and help. Will you do that Mr. Marvin R. Ellison PLEASE
